Second season of Wangu Xian Qiong.

The hilarious everyday lives of ancient deities and mythical creatures in the modern world. Super simple setup. 5 minute long episodes that center around the daily life of mythical creatures, deities and demi-gods who live in modern society in the human form, or a form that mildly reminds humans. The entire series consists of around 1 minute-long gags that show us fractions of the daily lives of our main characters. These follow the overall story line in a manner that makes the overall structure seem closer to continuity than episodic.

The events vary greatly from our characters building snowmen in winter scenery to office parties and character specific problems that can only be solved with the help of friends. Most of the events are rather cute and heartwarming while the atmosphere is consistently comforting. That’s pretty much the only noteworthy side of the story, and those who don’t find this to sound interesting at all, most likely won’t find any beauty from it.

A dark age of cooking befalls Tootsuki Culinary Academy. With the Elite Ten’s devastating coup d’état, Azami Nakiri is now the director of the prestigious school. Students must now conform to Azami’s ideology of “true gourmet food” and are forbidden to express creativity, or else face expulsion.

But before he can collect his thoughts, a grizzly bear—the cause of the man’s demise—approaches Sugimoto, intent on finishing her meal. He is saved by a young Ainu girl named Asirpa, whose father happened to be one of the murdered Ainu. With Asirpa’s hunting skills and Sugimoto’s survival instincts, the pair agree to join forces and find the hidden treasure—one to get back what was rightfully her people’s, and the other to fulfill his friend’s dying wish.
